For thousands of years physical activity and your level of fitness have been linked to good health. Due to the advance of science in this day and age this link can be proven, with overwhelming evidence that people who lead active lifestyles are less likely to die early or to experience major illnesses such as heart disease and diabetes. Fitness is therefore the biggest factor in the type of health you are likely to enjoy.

Everyone know that the best way to improve your fitness and staying in good shape is by joining a gym and hire a personal trainer. But, that would be cost you too much. Then, what other alternative that cheaper than that? Here are my suggestion; Do It Yourself. You be your own personal trainer.

Improving your level of fitness needn’t be hard work, find some activity that you enjoy, maybe with your partner, family or friends. What type of activity should you do? You can do some simple and  easy activities like walking or jogging. You also better geared yourself up with appropriate clothes and other equipments like running shoes and pedometer. This will help you to keep motivated.
