Without a doubt regular exercise is a great way to maintain a healthy body. I just purchased a heart monitor to more closely track my training level. I've recently started reading a book called The OPO E Gene Diet by Pam McDonald which advocates integrative medicine and a personalized approach to diet. I find this very interesting when combined with an exercise program.
