When the symptom of the allergy subsides, the patient will be advised to reintroduce the foods that might have caused the allergy slowly to isolate the allergic reactions on a certain food. The patient will have to keep a food diary so that data will be studied for the basis of the medical analysis. After the symptoms were confirmed, the foods that cause the allergy will be removed again from the diet.
